'The Voyage'

On board a boat, a woman reflects on her husband's illness and anticipates his death.

As they disembark she is filled with tenderness and strength, and 'her eyes, amazingly young and bright, seemed full of courage, of the determination of her dreams, the fearlessness of her deep resolves.'
